Access to archive material – Australian Microbiome

The Australian Microbiome Initiative provides publicly accessible sequencing data from a broad range of Australian natural environment and with rich contextual metadata associated to each sample. This can be found on the Bioplatforms Data portal for the initiative.

But did you know that material from many of the samples can also be accessed?

Terrestrial: soil material, extracted DNA
Marine – pelagic (NRS, research voyages): extracted DNA
Other samples: extracted DNA (variable availability)
